Information collected by cookies and web beacons. Click2Fi uses various technologies to collect information, which may include sending cookies to User's computer or mobile device. Cookies are small data files stored on User's hard drive or in device memory by a website. Among other things, cookies support the integrity of the Click2Fi registration process, retain User preferences and account settings, and help evaluate and compile aggregated statistics about User activity. Click2Fi may also collect information using web beacons, which are electronic images that may be used in the Services or in emails. Click2Fi may use web beacons to deliver cookies, count visits, understand usage, and determine whether an email has been opened and acted upon.
Technical and navigational information. Click2Fi may collect User's computer browser type, Internet protocol address, pages visited, and average time spent on the Site. Click2Fi may use User information to make the connection between User and multiple funding products provided by our hand-picked funding partners. Click2Fi may also use User information to improve and personalize the Services and any related services, including future products and services. Click2Fi takes reasonable measures, including firewall barriers, SSL encryption techniques, and authentication procedures, to help protect personal information from loss, theft, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. Click2Fi may provide registered customers with email alerts and summaries of their activity on the Services. Click2Fi may also allow Users to subscribe to email newsletters and from time to time may transmit emails promoting Click2Fi or third-party goods or services. Registered customers can opt out of receiving Click2Fi promotional emails and terminate newsletter subscriptions by following the instructions in those emails. Opting out in this manner will not end transmission of service-related emails, such as email alerts.
If User wishes to access registration information submitted to Click2Fi, or to request correction of any inaccurate information, User may correct certain information via the User account. Alternatively, User can contact Click2Fi at support@click2fi.com to request corrections. User may also email Click2Fi to deregister; even after deregistration, Click2Fi may retain archived copies of information about User for a period of time consistent with applicable law.
In the event another entity merges with or acquires Click2Fi or substantially all of its assets, User personal information may be transferred to that successor or acquiring entity. A court may also order the sale of registration information as an asset in a bankruptcy or similar insolvency proceeding.
Click2Fi reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to make changes to this Privacy Policy from time to time, so User should review it frequently. User may review updates to the Click2Fi Terms of Service and Privacy Policy at any time via links on this Site. Consistent with the Click2Fi Terms of Service, User agrees to accept electronic communications and postings of revised versions of this Privacy Policy and agrees that such electronic communications or postings constitute notice to User of the revised version. Changes take effect immediately upon posting.
